    Job Title: Insurance Sales Agent

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our rapidly growing Allstate Agency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve daily and monthly sales goals
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate with clients and promote cross-selling opportunities
    • Utilize the lead management system to work assigned leads and follow up on new business clients
    • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve office efficiency

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or a similar position
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Proficiency in computer software and excellent organizational skills
    • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred
