    Description

    SNI is partnering with one of the nation's largest home goods retailer, that currently operates with over $1 billion in revenue.

    This company is looking to hire someone for their Finance Manager opening for their Irving headquarters. The opportunity includes a hybrid work schedule, great benefits, profit sharing, and a competitive salary.

    The Senior Financial Analyst will use multiple models and modes of technology to track and highlight financial performance for Marketing and the Omnichannel business.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform financial analysis of business performance looking for trends in performance
    • Develop and produce reporting used by Senior Management to drive business performance
    • Provide regular financial analysis of P&L results for leadership team
    • Maintain models used to develop short term and long-term forecasts on key business drivers
    • Drive and manage relationship with business partners and various accounts
    • Provide insights as to the business drivers of changes in the P&L a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
    • Complete analyses in support of ad-hoc and strategic projects
    • Budget, Forecast and participate in Long Range Planning
    • Continuously find ways for improved efficiency

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
    • Experience with OmniChannel and/or retail ecommerce operations
    • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Detail-oriented and analytical
