    Responsibilities
    Participate in advanced manufacturing projects, to drive further automation of Manufacturing process. Develop equipment including the installation and programming of robots to improve throughput and increase efficiency of critical high volume production lines
    Designs automated manufacturing test equipment to support new product launches (Products consist of electronic, electromechanical, or mechanical fuel system components)
    Troubleshoots existing manufacturing equipment to support current product production lines
    Requirements
    • B.S. in Electrical/B.S. Mechanical/other Engineering field
    • Minimum 5 years in a medium-volume manufacturing environment
    • High degree of Allen Bradley PLC Programming Experience
    • General understanding of the layout of electrical control panels.
    • Expert in PLC Ladder Logic and PLC Programming
    • Motion Control experience - FANUC or comparable robot experience (2 years minimum)
    • Understanding of Mechanical Automation , pneumatic cylinders, solenoid valves, and proximity sensors.
    • Solid understanding of vision systems and visual inspection techniques.
