    If you're enthusiastic about working in an environment with a people-first culture and an organization committed to good living, good food and good service, we'd love to talk to you Primary ResponsibilitiesResponsible for creating and maintaining the weekly Jyve stocking scheduleResponsible for determining delivery schedule changes with Retail Services and Transportation due to reroutes, holidays, etc., and coordinating Jyve field operationsResponsible for managing all activities related to transitioning to and from Jyve stocking services including coordination and communication to KeHE and Jyve Corporate and Field ManagementResponsible for properly maintaining and updating service level codes for all stocking stores through coordination with the Business Process ManagerResponsible for directing Regional Sales Process Administrators to continually improve Retail Services business processes as they relate to Jyve field operationsCoach, counsel, train, and evaluate job performance and the development of subordinates in meeting their assigned objectives and developing their skills.

    Required to manage cross functional projects that focus on improving business operations, not limited to the scope of Retail Services or Jyve OperationsResponsible for reviewing weekly exception charges, and leading business improvement projects across the country to minimize exception chargesResponsible for reviewing and approving weekly stocking invoices by regionFosters continuous improvement by developing and providing benchmarking analysis.

    Leads projects in the areas of business cases and cost/benefit analysisCollaborate with the various business units within the company that partner with Retail Sales to gather data that drives business decisionsApplies expertise in data mining, quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell a compelling story behind the numbersUses a wide variety of database applications and analytical toolsSupports end users, problem solving, and troubleshootingPerforms other duties as assigned Essential FunctionsProven advanced experience with analytic software applications, i.e.

    Excel, Access, VB, SAS/SPSS, COGNOS, JDA reporting, etc Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, AptitudeExcellent analytical abilities, outstanding business acumen and an understanding of the intersection between processes, people and systemsAbility to evaluate complex issues and project management skills to develop and implement actionable plansHigh attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneouslySuperior verbal and written communications skills; particularly, the ability to deliver analysis in a clear and actionable formatAbility to think quantitatively and qualitatively about operating processes and outcomesComfortable taking loosely defined business questions and translating them into clearly defined technical/data/report specificationsProven advanced experience with analytic software applications, i.e.

    Excel, Access, VB, SAS/SPSS, COGNOS, JDA reporting, etcBachelor's degree in business, finance, math, economics. MBA or MS preferred3-5 years of experience in an analytical roleQualifications/Additional Skills/AptitudeProven advanced experience with analytic software applications, i.e.
