- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client communications technology projects, on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, IT, operations) to ensure seamless integration of client communication technologies.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential project challenges.
- Manage project scope and ensure it aligns with client needs and business objectives.
- Effectively communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and senior management.
- Identify and implement best practices for utilizing client communication technologies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in client communications technology.
- Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Document project processes and procedures for future reference.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology sector.
- Solid understanding of various client communication technologies (e.g., email marketing platforms, collaboration tools, chatbots).
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
