    Job Title: Aquatics Safety Lead

    Sheridan County YMCA seeks an Aquatics Safety Lead with strong leadership skills to oversee daily operations, safety, and staffing at their aquatic facility.

    • Leadership level position responsible for daily operations,safety,and staffing
    • Lifeguard supervision,facility readiness,risk management,and operational compliance
