Full-Time Position

On-Site: Phoenix, AZ

Monday-Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)

$55,000 - $70,000 per year

Litigation Paralegals work closely with the assigned Attorney and at the direction of the assigned Attorney on all tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Review medical records, bills, and liens.
• Preparing and updating the table of medical records, bills, and balances.
• Cross reference medical bills in Client Profiles.
• Check all disclosure deadlines as set by the pre-trial scheduling order and /or close of discovery deadline.
• Draft initial pleadings, general pleadings, disclosures and discovery.
• Draft Arbitrations and/or mediation memorandums.
• Review all incoming mail
• Continuous monitoring of all litigation deadlines
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, etc as necessary.
• Assist Attorney with trial preparation.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of Personal Injury experience
• Experience in drafting pleading and motions
• Bilingual- Spanish is a plus
