    Description
    The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) specializes in Medical-Surgical and Neuroscience critical care.

    The ICU nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care in critical situations, as well as collaborating with healthcare teams, administering treatments, and staying up-to-date on#evidence-based practice.

    Required:
    # Graduate of an accredited associate degree program A Graduate Nurse (GN) must complete NCLEX within 120 days of employment


    Preferred:
    # Bachelor of Science in Nursing from accredited nursing program or higher degree Bachelor#s degree required within 8 years of being hired or those licensed after 2017. Licensure/Certification Requirements

    Required:
    # Current New York State licensure as a Registered Nurse Basic Life Support (BLS)


    Preferred:

    Certification in a specialty area Critical Care Nursing ACLS required within 1 year # Hourly Rate Range $ $46.
