- Collaborate with program managers and other team members to identify training needs and develop professional development plans for staff.
- Serve as a resource for staff regarding clinical best practices, ethical considerations, and relevant legal regulations.
- Participate in program planning, evaluation, and quality improvement activities to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
- Lead and mentor Client Care Coordinators in understanding and addressing diverse family needs.
- Ensure adherence to high standards and regulatory requirements for service provision.
- Provide proactive oversight and intervention to maintain compliance and excellence.
- Guide and develop Client Care Coordinators through regular evaluations and coaching sessions.
- Foster collaboration and innovation in team meetings to enhance service quality.
- Build strategic partnerships and networks to expand support resources for families.
- Stay agile and responsive to evolving company needs for continuous improvement.
- Registered New York State LCSW License
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Minimum of (2) years of experience
- Proficient in child/adolescent development on a emotional and behavioral level and family dynamics
