    About the Job

    Senior Training Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships and overseeing training support for scenario course development at various locations.

    This position requires a strong background in Navy Cryptologic Technician (Collection) and experience with Agile scrum methodologies, virtual training environments, and scenario training curricula.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, as well as an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage overall company customer interface relationships to assure responsiveness to customer needs and effective professional conduct
    • Oversee maintenance, sustainment, and training support for scenario course development at CIWT Pensacola, NIWTG San Diego, and NIWTG Norfolk
    • Plan, manage, and establish a Configuration Management (CM) process for scenarios employed in CIWT, Information Warfare Training Command (IWTC), and NIWTG courses
    • Provide technical guidance to project team
    • Collaborate with representatives across multiple time zones to review current tasks, planned tasks, prioritization of tasks, and roadblocks
    • Monitor status/deliverables, track quality of work products, and gauge overall customer satisfaction
