- Minimum of 2 years on projects implementing IT solutions for public use
- Minimum of 1 year conducting analytics on program effectiveness
- Minimum of 1 year working on IT infrastructure projects
- Minimum of 1 year working with programs governed by regulations
- Experienced in business process reengineering
- Familiar with business process mapping and reengineering
- Knowledge of relational database concepts and client-server concepts
- Creativity and latitude required
