    The primary responsibility of the Quality Assurance Manager role is to ensure adherence to applicable Food Safety and Quality standards, meeting both Company and Regulatory requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction while safeguarding public health

    Responsibilities:
    Supervise QA TechniciansProvide guidance and training to QA staff on topics such as GMP, CCP, Food Safety, and Quality SpecificationCollaborate with customers to enhance relationshipsAddress and manage all customer complaintsConduct Annual Mock Recalls as per customer guidelinesOversee all aspects of shelf-life, including documentation, trend analysis, and reportingDevelop customer and product specifications for raw materials and finished productsConduct internal facility auditsManage the Microbiological Sampling Program and Test & Hold ProgramQualifications:Bachelors Degree in a science-related field, preferably Microbiology, Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Agricultural Business, or Crop Science; or a minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance in food manufacturingHACCP certification or formal training in Hazard Analysis Critical Control PointFDA Risk-Based Preventive Controls or PCQI formalized trainingLean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt CertificationSQF Certification#J-18808-Ljbffr
