The CRM team seeking a motivated CRM Intern to join our dynamic team, supporting the CRM Masterclass program with logistics, documentation, and ad-hoc reporting.

This role will primarily support the day-to-day responsibilities of the CRM DTC Manager.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in managing customer relationships and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities include:
Work closely with the CRM Manager in day-to-day activities and assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Support filming activations for the CRM Masterclass program.

Assist in the creation and execution of Masterclass content and filming logistics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain Masterclass filming and go-live schedule; gather and analyze customer information for strategic decision-making.

Help identify opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience through CRM initiatives.

Provide administrative support for CRM tools and platforms.

Contribute to the documentation for CRM Masterclass processes/reports.
