Your Role

You'll provide exceptional service to every customer who walks through our doors, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience. Your tasks will include:

Providing top-notch service to every customer
Following up with customers through clienteling and email correspondence
Helping maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting guest contact information and inviting individuals to trial our products
Maintaining the highest level of product knowledge and expertise
Maintaining the visual integrity of the space
Creating and processing in-store sales
Processing and receiving inventory replenishments
Assisting with setting up and executing community programs and events
Recording and relaying recurring customer feedback and insights to internal teams

The Dream Candidate

We're looking for someone who is:

An excellent communicator with a passion for people
A strong written and oral communicator with effective problem-solving skills
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial disposition
A positive attitude and willingness to take on any task
Able to work at least 2 days a week with weekend availability
Comfortable moving boxes weighing up to 150 lbs and standing for long periods
