    What the Associate General Counsel will do:

    The Legal Department's Associate General Counsel is in charge of managing a number of fairly routinely allocated legal projects and reports directly to the Executive General Counsel.


    Associate General Counsel Duties:
    Offer legal advice on a range of topics;
    Ensure legal goals are reached;
    Stay current on legislative changes that may have an impact on the business and its affiliates;
    Litigate First-Party insurance litigation.

    Develops oral and written guidance and delivers suggestions to management while conducting legal research and investigating fairly regular claims and defenses.

    Conducts legal research and drafts legal memoranda for the general counsel.

    Requirements of the

    Associate General Counsel:
    Work experience in a law firm setting
    Multi-tasking skills
    Problem-solving and analysis
    Law degree and admission to the bar
