MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - 2nd shift - ATWATER, CA>Target Salary - $75,000 to $85, 000

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Supervisor who will ensure all operations at our facilities are carried out productively, contributing to the company's profitability and sustainable growth.

Your duties will also include coaching, resolving issues, and supporting subordinates and upper management.
We expect you to be a competent individual, able to guide and train employees, results-driven and focused. We also expect you to be well-versed in processes under the role's responsibility.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Manage workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasksEstablish priorities, performance goals, and deadlines, according to the company's plans and vision and communicate them to subordinatesSupervise employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coachingOrganize and manage timekeeping and personnel recordsRespond to complaints and resolve problemsHelp to facilitate interaction between upper management and employeesCreate performance reports and present them to the managersPrepare suggestions on reward and promotion based on performance, as well as disciplinary actions when neededContribute to hiring and training of new employeesOversee the compliance with legal and company policies and proceduresWHAT YOU'

LL NEED:
2+ years' experience working on a Supervisor or in other similar positionsSignificant experience in leading, managing, and training personnelGood knowledge of corporate policies and applicable legal guidelinesGood practical experience with MS OfficeStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and leadership skillsDiploma or Certificate in first-line management or other relevant areaHigh school diploma and BSc or BA degree in management or other relevant area
