- Operate MRI equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures according to established protocols.
- Position patients correctly on the MRI table and administer contrast agents as necessary to obtain optimal images.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their condition before, during, and after MRI scans, recognizing and responding to any adverse reactions or emergencies.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers to review images, identify abnormalities, and assist in patient diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of imaging procedures, including patient history, imaging protocols, and image quality assessments.
- Perform routine maintenance and quality control checks on MRI equipment to ensure optimal performance and image quality.
- Adhere to regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and departmental policies and procedures at all times.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with advancements in MRI technology and best practices.
- Demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.

Position Title: MRI Tech
Pay Rate: $60- $65/Hourly
Work Location: Lansing, MI
Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (06:00 - 16:30)
Hours/day: 12 Hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Licenses Requirement: ARRT
