    What You'll Do

    Support apparel marketing efforts by keeping key content and channels organized and accurate.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Initiate outreach for partnerships in conjunction with Sponsorships (average 6 per market)
    • Conceptualize unique activities for interested brands that tie into season, key buying category, etc.
    • Document partnership plans and coordinate with brands to confirm product, quantities, and timing.
    • Receive, track, and return unused product.
    • Locate and contract supporting vendors or equipment as needed (illustrator, embroiderer, embosser, displays, mannequins, etc.)
    • Request and upload brand logos and imagery.
    • Staff and manage partnership events and scan attendee badges.
    • Collaborate with sales and buyer services to build VIP bags for top buyers, including outreach and receiving/tracking product.
    • Develop brand relationships through personal outreach and communication.
    • Review brands line sheets and select samples for displays, photoshoots, vignettes, and installations.
    • Pick up, label and track, and return samples for photo shoots and social media content creation.
    • Receive, unbox, track, and return product for styled displays (8 lobby windows, 3 category lounges, 3 trend installations)
    • Track brand credits for any in-house photography.
    • Formal Markets Fashion Show participation tracking (reservation form, select and track shipped product)
    • Input photo credits into Digital Asset Management platform.
    • Track new brands, new showrooms, expansions, and key categories for brand lists used in email, social, direct mail, trade media.
    • Select images for brand book and back page of buyer's guide for each market.
    • Maintain current imagery and content on websites.
    • Explore external brand partnerships to bring in complimentary F&B (liquor/drink/food distributors).
    Qualifications
    • Must have experience of one year or more in a marketing support capacity, fashion experience and familiarity with trends and visual aesthetics strongly preferred.
    • Must possess basic skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Must possess a basic understanding of current social media platforms (first-hand use) including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat and more.
    • Must possess strong verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate in a professional manner.
    • Must be a team-player with a positive attitude and the ability to form productive working relationships with ANDMORE employees, customers, and vendors.
    • Creative ability/experience with product layout and photography preferred.

    • Functions to be performed will require the ability to work on-site. Limited flexibility for remote work does exist, at Managers discretion, when there are no active markets or events
