    Contracts Administrator

    Supervisor: Contracts Manager

    Classification: Hourly, Non-Exempt

    Summary Description:

    The Contracts Administrator will assist with various responsibilities tied to the day-to-day tasks as part of the administrative aspect of contracts administration tied to solar construction, sales and project management.

    Key Responsibilities & Duties

    • Filling out the necessary contract documents which are consistent from contract to contract.
    • Use a checklist and playbooks to ensure they are reviewing the appropriate information and making the changes to the contract under the contract manager's supervision.
    • Data management, supporting the company contracts team with general tasks tied to their projects, sales, procurement, and contract administration.
    • Data entry, entering contract specific information into our project management system "Scoop" and "Ironclad" our contracts management software.
    • Answer emails and Slack as appropriate.
    • Keep contract files neat and organized.
    • Request Insurance Certificates from Insurance Carriers, job specific
    • Request and submit insurance and general contractor prequalification info.

    Key Qualifications & Required Skills/Abilities

    • Previous solar or construction contracts administration work is required.
    • Knowledge of prevailing and union wages is helpful.
    • At least 3-4 years of contractual administrative work, contract review, with strong attention to detail.
    • Experience with English legalese is required.
    • Must be detailed oriented and able to handle high volumes of contracts as well as multi-task.
    • Experience in Word track changes, Excel, and Google Sheets.
    • Work hours from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Full Time PST.
    • Able to work overtime if needed.
    • Salesforce knowledge is helpful.
    • Education: Associate degree or bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

    The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $67,500 and $72,500. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
