Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate to join our team at BidFTA, a rapidly growing online auction marketplace. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable experience for our customers by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and answer customer questions about the auction pick-up process
Prepare for auction pickup by downstacking pallets and organizing items accordingly
Offer friendly assistance to customers that need help finding their items
Perform customer checkout procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Lot product: photograph, grade, and confirm accurate description of auction items
Stay informed and adhere to BidFTA policies and procedures

18 years of age or older

Technological literacy - Experience using an IOS device (iPad) is a plus but not required training will be provided.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment – Non temperature-controlled environment, lifting items/boxes overhead, standing for extended periods of time, squatting, ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs

Salary

$16 per hour, Monday - Friday: between the hours of 9am - 6:30pm based on company needs.
