    8H+ Days, Hours between 7am and 5pm

    HCF CANNOT ACCOMMODATE BLOCK SCHEDULING HCF accepts local travelers (except for those with a permanent address in Tallahassee)

    Required Upon Submission:
    Minimum #
    Years Clinical Experience Required: 1 yr.

    Minimum # Years Clinical Experience in
    Specialty Required: 1 yr.


    Certifications Required:
    ARRT, BLS, ACLS


    Prior Travel Experience Required:
    No

    No WH gaps over 30 days w/o explanation

    Must have Trauma Level, EMR, and No. of Beds filled out

    2 References- dated no more than 12 months old.

    Skills Checklist – dated no more than 12 months old.

    All RTO must be in packet at time of submission.
