- Collaborate with marketing, design engineers, and field applications team.
- Carry out debugging on Hot Swap controllers and efuse products, carry out generation of test report and present findings.
- Perform development of application reference circuits and system level power management solutions for Server products.
- Create documents including datasheets, application notes, design notes and papers in magazines and conferences to promote MPS products.
- Provide support on application and technical training for key customers and field application engineers.
- 5+ years of hand-on experience in switch mode power supplies. Previous DCDC system or IC experience is highly desired.
- Fluent communication skills in English.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in a power supply manufacturer or power management IC company (preferred).
- 10-20% international travel.
- Bachelors or higher required.
