Job summary
Under supervision Associate Training Director will provide clinical oversight to Spanish-speaking ACSWs MFTs licensed therapists counselors develop implement Spanish-language training program for behavioral health trainees supervisees maintain supportive relationships with clients leadership team enhance professional skills ensure services offered clinically compliantly ethically sound directly assess treatment collateral services assigned youth families as needed manage day-to-day operations mental health treatment services delivered by clinical trainees interns perform performance management all clinical staff involved in supervision Clinical training program.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Duties Provides care within scope licensure Psychiatric Social Worker LCSW Maintains clinical caseload patients
- Spanish Counseling Training Program Management Develop implement Spanish-language culturally-sensitive counseling curriculum training modules Clinically supervise train approximately 6 Spanish-speaking Trainees counselors ACSW MFTI MSW etc including trainees conducting behavioral health case management schools-based services agricultural worker services special populations services Engage performance review professional development professional staff involved in training program Day-to-day operations mental health treatment services delivered by clinical trainees interns Annual recruitment interviewing selection clinical trainees interns coming placement year Directing training other staff interviewing selection process Maintain standards consistent those graduate departments schools CAPIC California Psychology Internship Council relevant organizations regulatory boards Board Psychology Board Behavioral Sciences Address quality improvement matters individual supervisors supervisors' individual supervisors available Ad hoc supervision need arise assigned supervisor unavailable Collaborate Clinical Director evaluating performance all clinicians involved Supervision Clinical training program Supervise direction support clinicians Trainee interns Other duties assigned
