Contract Duration:

12+ MonthsRequired Skills & Experience Bachelor of Science or Masters degree.15+ years of experience with a proven track-record of stability and growth.5+ years of experience in a management capacity, with direct supervisory experience in a technical sales/support setting.

Rich experience in a technology organization, specifically software development.
Strong communication skills written and spoken.
Data and system-driven mindset and approach to work.
What You Will Be Doing Produce and maintain written documentation and scripted demos for new product features.
Provide second-level (L2) support to end-users, as well as maintain run books for first-level (L1) support teams to follow.

Partner with development team & product management BA team members to ensure appropriate knowledge transfer for new product enhancements, L3 escalations, feedback sharing, etc.

Build relationships with end-user groups to promote increased usage of Data Catalog capabilities and solicit new use-cases.

Partner with project management team members to handover new use-case requirements from existing users, and to introduce new users to Data Catalog through guided product demonstrations.

Perform ad-hoc data analysis queries.
Design reports (metrics, operational, quality, etc.) for internal and external consumption.
Coordinate and communicate system changes as part of release management duties.#J-18808-Ljbffr
