    Description

    We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Radiant!

    • Provide primary nursing care to residents with different backgrounds and medical histories.
    • Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments.
    • Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to healthcare provider.
    • Provide medical assistance for emergency situations.
    • Collaborate with external healthcare providers such as Primary Care Providers, Home Health Agencies, and Pharmacies.

    Additionally, as an LPN, you will be responsible for communicating resident conditions to families or responsible parties, following Primary Care Providers' orders, and handling any other assigned duties.

    Requirements:

    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
