    Description

    We are working with a prestigious law firm specializing in providing comprehensive legal services to public entities, government agencies, and financial institutions. With an outstanding reputation for excellence and a commitment to client success, our firm has earned recognition as a leader in the field of public finance. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Public Finance Associate to join their dynamic team.

    Responsibilities:

    Advise clients on public finance transactions, including bond issuances, tax-exempt financings, and infrastructure projects.

    Structure and negotiate financing agreements and review legal documents.

    Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

    Provide strategic guidance and risk assessment.

    Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings.

    Qualifications:

    Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and licensed in good standing in Ohio

    4-9 years of experience in public finance law.

    Strong knowledge of public finance regulations.
