• 3-5 years' experience working as a HVAC Technician for a licensed HVAC contractor.
• Strong knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to make on-the-job decisions.
• Proven track record of working HVAC systems including ability to draw simple diagrams, read wiring schematics and other diagrams.
• Have a current driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities, strong verbal and written communications.
• Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
