    We are currently hiring for Director Sales- IT Staffing to join our team at Seattle, Washington United States.


    Responsibilities:

    National/Enterprise Account Acquisition:
    Identify and pursue national/enterprise accounts within the designated region.
    Develop and implement effective strategies for acquiring new clients.

    Strategic Account Development:
    Develop strategic account strategies and solutions for clients in alignment with their business needs.
    Drive growth within existing enterprise accounts on a global scale.

    Service Integration:
    Integrate and coordinate the entire suite of IT staffing services for national and international clients.
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

    Collaboration with Leadership:
    Collaborate with executive leadership and EVP, Sales to develop regional strategies and action plans for the Enterprise Accounts Program.
    Provide insights and feedback to contribute to the overall sales and business development strategy.

    Account Expansion:
    Expand existing strategic accounts through regular communication, executive-level client visits, and collaboration with local teams.
    Uncover new opportunities within the client accounts for additional service offerings.

    Business Opportunity Evaluation:
    Evaluate potential business opportunities by leveraging successful client projects, networks, and initiatives.
    Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and potential areas for business growth.

    Global Account Transformation:
    Lead efforts to transform national accounts into global accounts, ensuring alignment with the companys global strategy.


    Qualifications:

    Experience Requirements:
    Should have 7+ years of experience in sales within the professional services industry.
    Focus on strategic and enterprise accounts generating annual revenues of 5-10MM.


    Skills and Abilities:
    Demonstrated success in penetrating accounts, delivering effective business presentations, and driving sales and marketing initiatives.
    Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development roles.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and convey complex concepts.
    Strong prioritization and relationship-building abilities.
    Passion for building business and overcoming challenges.
