+ Job summary: We are seeking a Lead Building Mechanic with expertise in HVAC and electrical who will work on multiple sites under the supervision of the Buildings Manager. This role is responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building systems, equipment structures furniture hardware etc associated with buildings and housing contents infrastructures. The Lead Building Mechanic will work with the Buildings Manager oversee the buildings team of maintenance staff ensuring high standards of work and safety. The Lead Building Mechanic will assume the responsibilities of the Buildings Manager in their absence.
+ Qualifications:
- Demonstrate attention to detail organizational skills.
- Master skill level in MEP mechanical electrical plumbing.
