- Autonomous Sales Cycle: Take full ownership of the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

I may be open to convincing but currently don't think the job can be done the best from outside the territory. Remote, yes, but not from states away.
- Exceed Sales Targets: Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets with a focus on long-term business growth.
- Proven Success: 5+ years of experience in B2B HVAC sales or a related industry with a focus on long-term contracts and service agreements.
- Established Book of Business: A strong network within the property management, REIT, and commercial HVAC market.
- Self-Motivated: A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, results-driven environment. You take ownership of your success and proactively pursue new business.
- Strong Negotiator: A natural at contract negotiation, closing deals, and managing ongoing client relationships.
- Customer-Centric: Focused on delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the success of long-term partnerships.
- Flexible & Adaptive: Comfortable working remotely and managing your schedule while achieving sales goals.
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 during the ramp-up period (first 6–12 months)
- OTE: $150,000+ (Base + Commission)
