Responsible for planning and evolving processes and infrastructure to execute programs supporting rapid capability maturation and deployment.
Integrates development pipelines leveraging automation with test-driven development tools and continuous integration/test frameworks.
Define and implement the build, deployment, provisioning, and monitoring standards for the program.
Ensures implementation of Software Configuration Management (SCM), code quality, and code coverage with automated testing for Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Work as part of an Agile development team to deliver end-end automation of deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management framework.Build and configure delivery environments supporting CD/CI tools using an Agile delivery methodology.
Create scripts and/or templates to automate infrastructure provisioning and management tasks.
Work closely with development teams to create an automated continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) system.
Work together with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Monitor and support all installed systems and infrastructure.
Develop custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
Contribute to the design of information and operational support systems.
Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
Oversee the company's security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
Evaluate application performance, identify potential bottlenecks, develop solutions, and implement them with the help of developers.
This position can be filled at either a level 3 or 4 based on qualifications as defined below as well as the interview assessment.
Basic Qualifications:
Level 3
Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and polygraph to be considered
Bachelor's degree with 5 + years of software development experience; 3 years with a Master's; 0 years with a Ph.
D.; 9+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degreeAdministration experience with Linux or related operating systems.
Experience in an Agile software development framework
Familiarity with the Atlassian tool suite (Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence)
Security+, not needed to start, but must be able to obtain in 6 months
Level 4
Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and polygraph to be considered
Bachelor's degree with 9 + years of software development experience; 7 years with a Master's; 4 years with a Ph.
D.; 13+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degreeAdministration experience with Linux or related operating systems.
Experience in an Agile software development framework

Preferred Qualifications:
VMWare Certification or Experience (vRealize Automation (vRO), vRealize Orchestrator (vRA), vSphere)

Building applications using Jenkins or Jenkins like tools
Manage containers using container orchestrator Docker, Kubernetes (K8s) preferred

Source code management using Git/Bitbucket
Administration experience of Linux and Windows Operating Systems
Experience of automating tasks using Ansible and/or Terraform
Experience of administering virtualized or containerized systems in VMWare and Docker
Working practices, such as Git Branching and release schedules
Experience of secure virtualization and containerization system design
Experience of designing, deploying, and troubleshooting networking, including subnetting, VLANs and VPNs
Experience of designing, deploying, and administering cloud-based solutions such as Amazon Web Service (AWS)
Experience of secure network architecture design
Salary Range:
Level 3 - $99,800 - $149,800
Level 4 - $123,800 - $185,800
Salary Range:

Salary Range 2:
$123,800 USD - $185,800 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
