    Job Description Job Description Our People and Culture team is looking for a People Operations Business Partner to join our team.

    This is a strategic role that will collaborate with our business leaders to deliver an overarching strategy that enables our employees to go beyond.

    This person will execute functional excellence and process improvement while providing great internal customer support. This is a hybrid role, going into the office at least 3 days a week.

    What you will do Provide guidance on people related initiatives across the companyUnderstand business goals and recommend new approaches to effect continual improvements in business objectivesAct as a coach and advocate for our employees at all levels across the company to achieve their fullest potential and drive measurable results in their respective rolesConduct regular check-ins with assigned business units that you support, including regular 1:1s with leaders providing guidance and solutions to people prioritiesLead or support our People Operations day-to-day tasks, as well as project-oriented responsibilitiesLead benefits administration, open enrollment, and payroll preparationSuccessfully monitor, report, and recommend solutions on the 'pulse' of the employee experience to ensure a high level of employee engagement, including ownership of action plans to address opportunities for improvement and/or continued engagementHelp drive employee engagement initiatives, including partnering with the P&C team to promote cultural events and initiativesDrive effective employee relations, retention and reward programs, including merit increases, mobility, and performance managementHelp manage succession management and calibration sessions with leaders throughout the organizationHelp manage total rewards strategy inclusive of compensation, benefits, and perksHave a passion for innovative People Operations solutions and process improvement, and help drive end-to-end solutionsHelp to implement People Operations scorecards and metrics for the functionCommunicate People Operations policy and change to all levels in the companyEnsure organizational compliance with relevant laws and regulations globallyMust be available to be in the office 3 days/weekRequirementsWhat skills and experience you bring Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience5+ years of related work experienceExperience working with HRIS, performance management tools, employee engagement toolsGood prioritization skills, ability to pivot and shift gears if project priorities changeExperience working in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail oriented, process driven, and well organizedStrong management and team development skillsHigh level of emotional intelligenceStrong team player, friendly, approachable, even if you haven't had your coffeeStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, running reports, putting together presentationsGood presentation and facilitation experienceWHO WE AREKoddi is a global technology company with software and services that help top digital marketplaces effectively monetize their first-party audiences through industry-leading commerce media technology and strategy.
