Salary negotiable $54,171 - $73,281
Hourly - $ $37.58
Plus full benefit package
Schedule model Hours: M-F, typically 8-5 or similar.
Adult Behavioral Health, Substance Use Disorder, Wraparound Facilitator, Case Manager - Hospital Liaison, Childrens Outpatient, Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health (varied), Intake Adult Behavioral Health, Intake & Assessment Childrens Outpatient, Adult & Family, Adult Behavioral Health and Case Manager. The schedule model Hours: M-F, typically 8-5 or similar.
