    This position will also include on-call coverage that may include weekends and holidays. This position is hybrid.

    Job Summary The EHR Analysts – Revenue Cycle Applications will be responsible for executing the system development life cycle (SDLC) of a new electronic health record.

    This includes but is not limited to, conducting the EHR system build, system configuration, and support the workflow design. This role will develop and maintain documentation in accordance with service management standards, policies, and procedures of the business. The analyst will ensure system design requirements and documentation is synchronized with workflow changes. Analysts will actively participate in all phases and activities related to their scope of work within the SDLC. This role will execute a quality management plan tailored to the specific area of responsibility.

    This role will participate in operational and integrated workgroups to assess user feedback, gather requirements for configuration, and review / audit system build.

    The Analyst will meet regularly with team members and project leadership to discuss the status of deliverables, issues, change communications and updates.

    Analysts will conduct peer review of the work product and troubleshoot problems and questions to maintain a defect-free environment.

    Analysts will collaborate with end-users, vendor representatives, project leadership, and other teams to ensure the design, build, and implementation is successful and meets the needs of the business.

    Epic certifications in PB Administration and Charge Router and Dental and 3M work experience.

    Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Informatics, Business Administration, Health Administration and/or Healthcare with a minimum of 5 years of healthcare, information technology, or related experience.
