- You effectively assist the Maintenance staff, Engineer and company vendors as needed.
- Successfully observes appearances and conditions of premises and equipment - promptly reporting all that requires repair.
- Effectively reporting all safety hazards or conditions requiring outside vendor services
- High School Diploma or GED
- Effective communication skills
- Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems (CMMS)
- Experience with painting, drywall, and light carpentry
