    • Currentstatelicensureorcertification(instateswhererequired).
    • CPRcertificationpreferred(unlessrequiredbyhospitalpolicy).
    • Successfulcompletionofanassociate'sdegreefromanaccreditedoccupationaltherapy assistant program is preferred.
    • Effectivecommunicationskillsforinteractionswithpatients,families,andcaregivers.
