Job summary
We are seeking a Tier I Customer Support Specialist to provide basic technical support through email, phone and text messages. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking customer and technical assistance.The ideal candidate has 1 year experience in customer support or service with strong verbal and written communication skills. A positive attitude and ability to develop friendly rapport with customers is also required.
