    Overview:

    The Bath Authority - Loss Recovery Specialist

    The Loss Recovery Specialist (LSR) is responsible to proactively outreach to prospects categorized in the Loss Recovery Campaigns as Rehash leads and close new qualified sales. He/She will call homeowners in the Rehash Skill Group populated from prior days sales leads resulting in pitch miss price (PMP) disposition.

    Responsibilities:

    Follow the loss recovery script to contact homeowners.
    Audit In-Home Sales Pitch and qualify opportunity.
    Present homeowners new preapproved rehash pricing provided by Director of Loss Recovery.
    Disposition accordingly in 5/9 dialer following call.
    Complete new contract in LEAP upon closing sale.
    Work with financing companies as needed and email appropriate correspondence to homeowners for approval and signatures.
    Forward homeowners call to RSM to schedule measure.
    Email new contract, payment information, and any finance documents to processing coordinator to complete processing of new contract.
    Other duties as required or delegated by manager.

    Qualifications:

    High School Diploma or equivalent.
    Familiarity with CRM (Five9 Dialer) basics and LEAP Sales Software.
    Quick math and basic financing skills.
    Knowledge and understanding of sales contracts, financing options, and A-Z sales pitch.
    An understanding of Sales metrics and process.

    Detailed thinking, checking for data accuracy in orders and invoices.
    Excellent listening skills and dedication to customer satisfaction.
    Positive attitude, self-motivated, high energy, persistent, and articulate.
