- License to practice law in California with no record of discipline
- 3-7 years of experience in Trusts and Estates Litigation or Civil Litigation in California
- Candidates with knowledge and experience in (or an interest and willingness to learn) one or more of the following will pique our interest:
- Willingness to take on increasing responsibility, possess excellent writing and communication skills, as well as technical expertise
- Superior analytical, communication, drafting, writing, research skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, collaborative, and thoughtful
- Ties to or an interest in living in Sonoma County are preferred
- Salary Range of $120,000 to $150,000, depending on years of experience
- Hybrid work environment
- Annual billable hours for Associates are targeted lower than large firms at 1,650 hours
- Performance based bonus; additional bonus based on collections directly sourced by associate
