    Job Overview

    The Parts Coordinator is a critical role within our organization, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the parts department. This includes receiving and processing parts orders, maintaining accurate inventory levels, coordinating with vendors for timely delivery, and documenting all parts transactions.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Process and manage parts orders in a timely manner
    • Maintain accurate inventory levels and report discrepancies
    • Coordinate with vendors to ensure efficient and timely delivery
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
    • Resolve any issues or concerns related to parts transactions

    Requirements

    To be successful as a Parts Coordinator, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

    • A high school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience in a parts coordinator role or related position
    • Strong knowledge of parts and inventory management
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
