    •The ability to address and resolve issues that may arise during the delivery process. Demonstrating problem-solving skills required to root cause customer issues and ensure the correction is made and communicated to all parties and the customer is highly satisfied.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Learn the process to pick up and deliver WMU products at customer sites.
    • Learning how to build exceptional relationships with existing customers through excellent service.
    • Learning how to find referrals from existing customers.
    • Interacting with WMU Production, Stockroom and Office team members to ensure timely and accurate garment and invoice processing.
    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
    • Work is performed in a varied environment at WM Uniform and customer sites.
    • Operating a large vehicle and moving in and out of the vehicle continuously at multiple stops
    • Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
