Silent Air is seeking Machine Operator Helpers in Gilbert, Arizona. Founded in 1994, Silent-Aire is now part of Johnson Controls Data Center Solutions business unit. We specialize in designing, engineering, and manufacturing hyperscale cooling systems and air-handling units for data centers, as well as modular data center solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Support operators in product assembly and fabrication

Shift Schedules:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday: 4AM-2:30PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday: 2:30PM-1AM
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday: 5AM-5:30PM

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Experience with safety practices and procedures
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes from raw materials to finished products
