    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our growing FP&A department at Integrity Marketing Group. The FP&A Manager will be part of the Shared Services FP&A team and will lead all aspects of financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and consolidated management reporting for Integrity Marketing Group.

    Position Responsibilities:


    • Manage and train a team of FP&A Analysts, fostering high performance.


    • Assist the FP&A Director in leading core financial processes related to Forecasting, Budgeting, Long Range Planning, Financial Reporting and Analysis. Own the implementation of the planning process, milestones and consolidation of data.


    • Produce KPI reporting and root cause trends in KPIs.


    • Maintain, enhance, and contribute to continuous improvement of the FP&A reporting & modelling tool, OneStream.


    • Provide financial and strategic support to senior management and business unit leadership, including preparing financial presentations and other projects.


    • Support executive reporting and the related period-end discussions with business leaders


    • Work cross-functionally:


    • Accounting team on variance analysis and monthly reporting.


    • Sales ops on revenue modelling and tracking.


    • People and Culture teams on headcount metrics and recruiting.


    • Department leaders on budgeting and forecast updates from prior months' results


    • Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and financial models, as needed


    • Contribute to initiatives to define and improve planning processes, drive automation, and streamline deliverables.


    • Compare actual results with forecasted/budgeted to analyze and identify risks and opportunities.


    • Perform ad-hoc business analysis for leadership team to further inform business decisions.

    Position Requirements:


    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics.


    • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, or similar field.


    • 4+ years of demonstratable experience managing and leading high functioning teams


    • High proficiency with BI tools, such as Power BI and Tableau.


    • High proficiency with MS Excel to work efficiently with large amounts of data with multiple sources.


    • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting and finance concepts as well as ERP systems.


    • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in coaching and developing a team of financial professionals.


    • Exceptional emotional intelligence coupled with a profound enthusiasm for instructing and mentoring individuals.


    • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills with high attention to detail.


    • Insurance experience is a plus.


    • Familiarity with OneStream and NetSuite is a plus.


    • Experience with SQL preferred but not required.


    • Highly motivated problem solver with the ability to think critically.


    • Self-starter with an innate curiosity and drive to understand insurance industry environment and data.


    • Results-oriented and self-directed, able to work independently with minimal supervision.


    • Cross-functional collaboration skills to promote alignment across the organization.


    • Team oriented, with a strong customer and business focus.


    • High standards of accuracy and precision with a strong attention to detail.
