Description

KELLER is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, someone with a strong drive and clear purpose. With a rich history spanning over a century, we are pioneers in our field. The selected candidate will immerse themselves in understanding our operational procedures, catering to our 2,000 existing business clients, nurturing these relationships, and expanding our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, this role involves overseeing a small team, guiding them through the same processes.

As you evolve within the role, becoming proficient in our techniques and systems, you will transition into the role of Agency Director. This position offers weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 for the first year, on average.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the current client base effectively.
Explore new business possibilities in the B2B sector.
Supervise team activities and monitor outcomes.
Provide training and support to new team members on existing systems.
Submit daily reports on field operations via Salesforce-based CRM.
Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement.

Strong leadership and supervisory competencies.·Capability to prioritize tasks and assign when necessary.·Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment.·Devotion to aiding individuals and nurturing connections.·Outstanding time management and organizational proficiencies.·Prior experience in sales or customer service.·Self-driven with a goal-oriented approach.·Inclination towards community engagement.·Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce knowledge is preferred).

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
A spotless background and personal transportation are essential.
Completion of a 45-day evaluation period prior to progression.
