Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Pawnshop Sales Associate.

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, assessing the value of items, negotiating prices, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in evaluating items for pawn or sale.
Assess the value of items brought in by customers by conducting thorough research and utilizing expert knowledge.
Negotiate prices with customers to ensure fair and profitable transactions.
Maintain accurate records of pawned and sold items in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, market values, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect company assets and maintain a safe working environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
