    Academic Dermatologist Opportunity Southern Illinois University School of Medicine - Department of Dermatology


    The Department of Dermatology at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine is expanding its academic program and seeking a Dermatologist to join its collegial, mission-driven team.

    This position blends strong clinical volume with protected academic time, offering an ideal balance for physicians who value both patient care and teaching.

    Practice Details

    4 days of clinical practice

    and

    1 dedicated academic day
    Established patient base with strong referral volume
    Opportunity to work with and mentor residents at the Springfield campus
    Flexibility to focus primarily on clinical dermatology with structured, on-site academic engagement
    Supportive academic leadership and collaborative faculty environment

    Schedule


    Clinic hours:
    8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

    No call responsibilities
