    HVAC Sales Specialist Job Summary::


    McClure Company Service is seeking a confident and initiative-taking technical sales professional to grow our HVAC Mechanical Services :business in the Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia business areas.

    This position is responsible for building additional customer base and developing strong business relationships.


    HVAC Sales Specialist Essential Functions::

    • With minimal supervision, presents the McClure Company offerings – particularly focused on the company's target vertical markets; commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and government.
    • Increase and maintain business opportunities by working with prospects and customers to identify their needs and present company products and services to meet those needs.
    • Create targeted and effective proposals, answer questions and objections in an effective and responsible manner.
    • Create cost estimates for HVAC Project and Maintenance scopes of work.
    • Survey mechanical systems, equipment, and job conditions.
    • Increase existing customer interaction and/or other services by maintaining ongoing relationships and insuring customer satisfaction.
    • Build rapport and positive working relationships with office staff, field personnel and management.
    • Become proficient on the McClure Company sales selling system.
    • Upholds rigorous adherence to workplace safety standards.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    HVAC Sales :

    Specialist Experience, technical skills & attributes required::

    • Three (3) or more years of proven technical HVAC industry solution selling experience working directly with our target markets.
    • Professional, dynamic presence and ability to communicate with people of all levels.
    • Initiativetaking, relentless sales focus.
    • Excellent written and verbal skills at technical and professional level.
    • Ability to work independently in a demanding environment with measurable goals.
    • Keen intelligence and negotiation skills.
    • Proficient in computer skills.
    Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

    Position is full-time Monday - Friday
