    Position: Program Manager

    Location: Redmond, WA

    Duration: 2 Months

    Skills Required + Years of Experience

    1. Minimum 2-3 years experience with Previous MSFT experience
    2. Minimum 5-7 years experience with project management - clear understanding of how to manage a project
    3. Minimum 5-7 years experience with MSFT internal tools - ID Web, finance tools, etc.

    Core Deliverables:

    Coordinate scheduled and ad hoc internal comms (i.e., Employee Signals, Connects) including leveraging past drafts and updating/editing to current information.

    Provide data analysis and suggest insights on org reporting (employee data, signals, etc.)

    Assist with planning and execution logistics for strategy roll out initiatives

    Support and drive team efficiency and effectiveness by leveraging previous work and standardizing/templatizing for future use. Include document organization/setup for BOM/run of show for town halls, partner, and people manager/principals events.

    Work across the team to track/update ROB activities ensuring they're updating across all ROB outputs and communicated across the org, as needed.

    Act as backup to space lead capturing actions/notes and following up with stakeholders ensuring that they handle and close on all requested deliverables.

    Work with Business Program Manager to manage security groups and permissions across IDWeb and as well as SharePoint at the direction of the site manager

    Coordinate tracking and reporting on compliance/learning completion

    Track executive speaking requests for executive comms review and handling.

    Work with Chief of Staff and Senior Business Manager to update weekly leadership team invites ensuring subject, attendees, and Teams Meeting details are accurate and up to date.

    Work with Senior Business Manager on customer engagement needs specifically setup and formatting of briefing books for industry events ensuring accuracy and clarity

    Other project needs as assigned including but not limited to coordinating team offsite activities and budget and PO management.

    Qualifications

    Proficiency in M365 apps including Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams, and PowerPoint; SharePoint experience also a plus

    Internal communications planning, copywriting and editing

    Demonstrated initiative and self-direction; ability to move ahead with minimal guidance

    Familiarity with project management fundamentals

    Microsoft experience required preferably in business management, marketing, and/or communications; familiarity with the Gaming organization a plus

    Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent required
