    BEHS has offices in Downtown Baltimore and in Lutherville.


    Services We Offer:
    Our services include pre-employment exams, specialized exams, work injury care and substance abuse testing, etc.

    Occupational Health Nursing

    Mercy Business and Employee Health Services is committed to helping employers maintain a healthy workforce.

    Our Clinical Nurses help us maintain this goal by:


    • Triaging patients who present with work related injuries
    • Monitoring clinic flow to ensure patient are seen in a timely fashion
    • Referral scheduling and authorizations.
    • Patient education
    • Support MA staff as needed.
    • Various other duties as directed by management and clinical supervisors
    Requirements


    EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

    • Education and Work Experience:
    • Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
    • A degree from an accredited nursing school - Bachelor's degree in Nursing
    • One or more years experience in emergency room, occupational health facility, etc.

    SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

    • License Requirements:
    • Registered Nurse Maryland License
    • Certification Requirements:
    • Requires CPR.
    • Age Specific Care Provided For:
    • Adolescents
    • Adults
    • Geriatrics
    • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel
    • Microsoft Outlook
    • Meditech (if applicable to position)
    • Epic (if applicable to position)
    • Performance Manager/NetLearning
    • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize one or more of the following:
    • Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.
    • Must be able to work independently and possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
    • Must possess the ability to effectively communicate and deal tactfully with other personnel, visitors, patients, physicians, customers, and the general public.
    • Must be flexible, have personal integrity, and the ability to function effectively as a team with other employees.
    • Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
    • Other Requirements:
    • Must maintain CPR certification and licensure
    • Must be able to travel to other locations as directed by management.
