- Respond to Discovery Requests
- Manage attorney calendars
- Assist attorneys with a variety of legal tasks
- Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow
- Be able to work in-person, 5 days a week in the Fort Lauderdale Office
- Two or more years of actual civil paralegal experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- .Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Bilingual English and Spanish plus but not required
